Sixth Awards Competition - Nadpyavane "With songs of Yovcho Karaivanov" 2009
Special Award in the name of Karaivanov Yovcho of the sixth competition, held in Sliven Seliminovo village was awarded to Hristo Shilkov Tsaratsovo of the village, Plovdiv region.
The jury chaired by Katja Barulova (Lecturer in Music School Phillip Kutev in the Kotel) and members Stoilka Karastoyanov and Dimitar Stoyanov announced ranking in all categories for individual performers and vocal group:

Organizers of the traditional competition - nadpyavane With songs of Yovcho Karaivanov were Sliven municipality, city hall and Community center "Svetlina" (english: Light" in the village.
The aim of the contest is to encourage reproduction of the Bulgarian folk song, to preserve and promote the heritage of vocal Yovcho Karaivanov and detect young talents, performers of the Thracian song. |
